Statements of Economic Interests

Statement of Economic Interests forms are mandated by the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act (5 ILCS 420) and must be completed annually by employees meeting the stated filing criteria. The State Officials and Employees Ethics Act (5 ILCS 430) requires that all Statement of Economic Interests forms be reviewed by the University Ethics Officer before being filed with the Office of the Secretary of State. Forms should be sent the University Ethics Office where they will be reviewed and forwarded to the Office of the Secretary of State for filing.
