Response and Prevention

Completed investigations into alleged misconduct are evaluated to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to support a conclusion regarding the complaint or allegation. Results of investigations are kept confidential for the protection of all involved, including the initiator of the complaint or allegation. The University Ethics and Compliance Office follows-up, as necessary, to verify the matter has been resolved consistent with the findings and recommendations, if any, resulting from the investigation. Recommendations can be used to address any potential for recurrence of similar misconduct.
