Employees who work in an hourly or more temporary capacity or as a medical resident are required to complete an annual training program that is slightly different from the course completed by more permanent employee classifications. The training is available year-round (January 1 through December 31) at:
Seasonal, Temporary and Medical Resident Ethics Training
Seasonal and Temporary population employees should log in using their Netid and Password. This is typically what an employee would use to log in to their computer each day. If you have difficulty logging in, please contact your respective campus help desk. University Ethics and Compliance Office staff do not have the ability to change your password or access this information.
- If you are a Springfield employee, call the UIS Technology Support Center at 217-206-6000
- If you are a Chicago employee, call the ACCC Help Desk at 312-413-0003
- If you are an Urbana-Champaign employee, call Technology Services at 217-244-7000
Please note: Urbana-Champaign extra help employees who log in with the generic ID and password combination will be prompted for their University Identification Number (UIN). This can be located on the i-card or through the following link:
Employees who receive an error message
that indicates they are of a job classification other than that of an
undergraduate student worker, extra help employee, or medical resident
should contact the University Ethics and Compliance Office for further
instruction regarding training requirements.
An offline version of the training can be provided to those employees who do not have access to a computer or who are unable to complete the online version of the training. The completed signature page must then be sent to the University Ethics and Compliance Office via US Postal Mail. There is no campus mail to and from the UIS campus, so it is pertinent the documents be placed in US Mail to guarantee their delivery. The offline training can be accessed at: Offline Seasonal, Temporary and Medical Resident Annual Ethics Training.
