Protect those who in good faith report a suspected violation
We can all feel confident that we will be protected from retaliation when we make good faith reports of suspected violations to our supervisors, the University Ethics and Compliance Office, or to other University of Illinois officials. Both law and policy prohibit retaliation against anyone who discloses or threatens to disclose conduct that the individual reasonably believes to be a violation of law, regulation, or policy.
