University Ethics and Compliance Office

The University Ethics and Compliance Office supports University of Illinois campuses and administration in fulfilling their mission in an environment based on ethical behavior and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and guidelines. The University Ethics and Compliance Office is the designated liaison to receive and, as necessary, coordinate and/or refer the investigation of fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, misconduct, or other violations of applicable laws, rules, or guidelines.

For those employees required to file, the Statement of Economic Interests form will be mailed to the home address, as listed with the University, in mid-March of 2016.  To allow the maximum amount of time for this process and avoid delays, please ensure you update your mailing address in Nessie if you have moved in the past year.

Important News - Please Read! 

The University’s Prohibition of Sex Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct policy requires all incoming and transfer students, as well as all faculty and staff, to be regularly educated on discrimination and harassment prevention, sexual violence, and reporting options and obligations.
