The University Ethics and Compliance Office will support administration of the System and its universities in fulfilling their missions in an environment based on ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and guidance. The University Ethics and Compliance Office is the designated liaison to receive and, as necessary, coordinate and/or refer the investigation of fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, misconduct, or other violations of applicable laws, rules or guidelines.

The Office of the Secretary of State will begin the annual Statement of Economic Interests process with a mailing to the home addresses of required filers March 16, 2020.  This year, the filing process will be managed online with no manual paper form submission. Your March 16, 2020 mailing will contain detailed instructions for accessing the online tool to file your Statement.
