Report suspected violations of the Ethical Principles and Values, policies, regulations, and laws
To maintain and enhance the value of the University of Illinois, we all have an obligation to support each other by reporting, in good faith, suspected violations of the Ethical Principles and Guidelines, policies, regulations, and laws. Reporting suspected violations allows them to be addressed in a fair and impartial manner at the earliest opportunity before they do significant harm to the institution or members of the university community.
Options for reporting suspected violations include the University of Illinois Ethics Line (866-758-2146), by e-mail to ethicsofficer@uillinois.edu, by U.S. Postal mailing to the University Ethics and Compliance Office, through an in-person meeting with University Ethics and Compliance Office staff, by facsimile (217-206-6211), or by contacting the Office of Executive Inspector General for the Agencies of the Illinois Governor.
